The initiatives in the area of training include the organization of courses for technical people, instructors and trainers, programs for specialized and managerial training, design of interventions aimed at increasing technical personal awareness. I also dedicate particular attention to basic and advanced technical training for archery.
It is part of my job to facilitate, expand, consolidate personal potential of the technical people, the athletes and managers.
